All services are subject to provider evaluation and approval.

Appointments may require a deposit
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or medical reasonsm description

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise stated
All sales are final unless explicitly stated
Medical services are non-refundable once performed
We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges of any kind.
If you have purchased an appointment, but need to cancel your appt, the purchase amount for the visit will be applied to your next appt.If you have purchased a prescription, the prescription order will be sent to the pharmacy, and the prescription will be mailed to you.
No Prescription cancellations can be made once the prescription item as been purchased.
